I am unable to open my form

If the form you're trying to open is frozen at the 'Please wait' or 'Loading', try the following:

  1. Logout of WebForms using the LOGOUT button (top right) - if you're stuck at the please wait you may need to close out first log in and then log out again
  2. Close your internet window
  3. Open a new browser
  4. Log back in to WebForms
  5. Open the form you were having an issue with.

After following the above steps, you should then be able to open the form.

This should give the browser an indication of a 'logout' and thereby clearing the session. This will only work if you click the 'logout' button before closing.
