If I have chosen one of the optional real time, online identity verification options for the signor (e.g. RealMe, NZ drivers licence, or NZ Passport) how will I know this was successfully completed?

Confirmation of identity using one of the identity verification options will appear as evidence on the document signing log, and enable the document to be successfully digitally signed. If the ID verification failed, (the user gets 3 attempts), the signing party will receive the following message, ‘Signing Process Halted. The ID document used does not match the signer’s details, please contact document owner for assistance’. At this point the process will be stopped, and the digital signing process cancelled. The document owner (the WebForms subscriber) will need to resubmit the document for digital signing, once they have confirmed and solved the ID verification matching issue with the signing party.
