What if the email address or cell phone number has been entered incorrectly when setting up the invitation to sign the document?

There is a two‐part identity verification process for accessing the document for signing. First the signing party will receive the emailed invitation to sign the document, and then secondly the passcode sent via a separate SMS text message to their mobile phone. The signing party must have both the email and SMS to be able to access the document for signing, or to be able to view or download the document. If any of the details are wrong, these can be corrected in the ‘Request signing’ screen, and an updated invite sent.
